Do they go inside my ear?
No — and that's the whole point. NuveSleep™ DreamBuds 2.0 are open-ear: a soft, lightweight clip rests on the outside of your ear and nothing enters your ear canal. If in-ear buds leave your ears sore, itchy or blocked-up, this is the design you've been looking for.
Are they comfortable if I sleep on my side?
For most people, yes. The pressure that usually wakes side sleepers comes from a hard tip wedged into the ear canal — DreamBuds remove that entirely. The clip itself is slim and light, and on a normal or soft pillow most people stop noticing it within minutes. If they aren't right for you, you have 14 days from delivery to get your money back.
Will I still hear my alarm?
Yes. Because your ear canal stays open, sound from the room still reaches you — your alarm, your kids, the doorbell. You get your own audio without being sealed off from your home.
Will they disturb the person next to me?
At a normal bedtime listening volume, no. Open-ear buds direct sound into your ear rather than out into the room. At high volumes some sound can escape, so keep it gentle — which is better for sleep anyway.
How long does the battery last?
A single charge comfortably covers your wind-down and the audio that carries you off to sleep, and the LED display on the case shows exactly how much charge is left so you're never caught flat at bedtime. Charging is via the included USB cable.
How do I keep them clean?
Wipe the clips with a soft, dry cloth now and then. With no ear tips to rinse and nothing sitting inside your ear canal, there's far less to clean than with ordinary earbuds.
What colours are available?
Two: Midnight Black and Twilight Violet. Both are the same earbuds with the same features — only the finish differs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 7–18 days and ships free with a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
