Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) of your order confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Free Standard Shipping: 7–18 days, fully tracked, free on every order.
Delivery estimates begin from the day your order is dispatched. During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery can occasionally take a few days longer, and deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the times above.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email once dispatched. Please allow up to 72 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
Customs & import taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives; these are set by local customs and are not included in our prices.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours at contactnuvesleep@gmail.com and we'll correct it before dispatch.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away. Parcels confirmed lost, or that arrive damaged, are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
